Theres a couple of things worth mentioning..
1. There are two different types of login to normal online Santander, but we sadly only support one type.
If you log on to Santander normally using a Customer Number and Customer PIN then we can't support that in Money Toolkit at the moment.
We can only support accounts that you log into using Passcode and Registration Number as per this screenshot...
2. We prompt for the whole list of Santander security questions, even though you may not have answered all of them, in that case just enter None or na (or anything) in those fields.
For example one of the security questions is "Maternal grandmothers name", if you never answered this during your registration, then simply enter 'na'.
If you can't remember what you entered when you registered then it is best to anser all the questions now.
The reason these extra questions are needed is because Santander wont recognise your phone as a trusted device when you are out and about and will therefore prompt Money Toolkit for the extra security.
